I wrote this song in December 2023, trying to imagine a positive future despite the multiple crises life faces on this planet.

The smell of pines on a bright winter's day
I'm filled with light, life found a way
So much is lost, yet so much to gain
On this day, no step was in vain

Traces of deer, feathers of owls
My place is here, treasures all around
Sunlight's nourishing rays
Snowflakes glittering down at my feet
Wolves are taking their place
